Other offered services below: Hurricane preparation and cleanup only: Requires one time application fee of $50.00 with no service agreement for concierge home watch services per hurricane season. $300.00 for first two hours (Storm Panels) $150 First hour (accordions and motorized shutters) then $65.00 per hour each occurrence per season for putting shutters up and down. 2 weeks notice needed for the contract prior to storm for guaranteed service. If contracted for minor cleanup only debris that will not require chainsaw, etc. to remove will be done. No hauling of debris will be done but can arrange for pickup if desired. Curbside debris pickup by hired second party or current waste management company.
